Musée des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. 18th Century Portuguese jewellery collection. It seems like the instructions for a robbery, but it’s something more legal: the museum shop buyers commissioned us to reinterpret an existing jewellery collection.

This is the most gorgeous and regal capsule collection we have designed so far.

We assaulted the original designs (from a 18th Century Portuguese Collection), identifying the dominant floral motifs as the elements we wanted to work on. We came up with the idea of bouquets of small gems in semi-soft resin, in two different colour variations.

New timeless pieces came to life: so precious, so refined, so evocative.
